Registration Information!

Welcome to the start of a new year of Faith Formation! We are pleased to be working in partnership with you to provide quality faith formation for our children.

We recognize how busy today’s families are and it is our goal to create faith formation opportunities that will be meaningful and flexible. We are excited by the opportunities we are presented with through linking and ultimately merging our Wallingford parishes. As it states in the Nicene Creed we profess each week, “I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church” - this is our opportunity to practice what we preach, to put our words into action.

There are several options available to your family this year!

Mondays 5:30-6:45 pm - Grades 1-5

Mondays 7-8:15 pm - Grades 6-8

Thursdays 5:30-6:45 pm - Grades 1-8 (bilingual)

Sundays 9-10:15 am - Grades 1-8 and

Individual Family Instruction/At-Home Learning

We encourage you to register for the program that best meets your family's needs. Sunday morning classes will begin on October 17th. The complete calendar can be found in the handbook.

Faith Formation Sunday Morning Program 2021/2022

Early registration tuition for Grades 1, 3-8 is $50.00 per student – First Communion is $65 per student. Payment is required at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Early registration concludes August 30th at which time the student fees increase by $10 per student. This year we are pleased to offer an on line payment option Faith Formation On Line Payment

PLEASE NOTE: THE ON LINE PAYMENT FORM CANNOT BE EDITED ONCE SUBMITTED. Students will not be registered for class until BOTH registration forms (sent by email) AND payment are received. Re-registration forms can be submitted by email with on line payment or in an envelope marked Faith Formation by mail, drop slot or offertory basket with payment included (cash/check). Please make checks payable to Our Lady of Fatima - and indicate day, time and grade in the memo section. If your child has not yet completed the 2020/2021 Faith Formation year, registration will be placed on hold.
